Dr. Tye has been our family optometrist for 15+ yrs. We have found him professional, courteous and respectful. On a recent incident when my wife experienced a hemorrhage and lost sight in her left eye we spent several weeks in treatment with specialists on Toronto. Dr. Tye was active and helpful with us during this difficult period. This was very reassuring and comforting and of which we are grateful.

I drive to Barrie from Midland to Shah Optometry because they are professional and always welcoming. Kishara and Claudia are amazing and receptive when they greet me. My phone calls are always answered and/or voicemails returned right away. They have always valued my time and I am grateful for their efficiency. I have finally found an Optometrist that cares about my eyes and a place that values my questions, concerns and time. It is worth the 45 minutes drive! - Karlie

It is a little wierd to post a review for an eye doctor but I think it is important to let people know of the superior care and service that I have received from Dr Gallo and her staff. I have always been treated with kindness and care and I heartily recommend this doctor and her staff to care for your family;s eye care needs.
